1. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not available once the product has been delivered.
- Refund requests must be submitted prior to product delivery via the Support Form.
- Refunds are handled manually by the administration team and not processed automatically through the website.
- Approval of refund requests is at the sole discretion of the admin, based on request details and order status.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges must be requested within 3–4 days of delivery, and only if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
- Submit exchange requests via the Support Form to initiate processing.
- All exchanges are handled manually by the admin team, subject to approval and stock availability.
- Exchange requests made after the 4-day window will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are accepted only for defective products or if the item delivered differs in size, color, or model from what was ordered.
